Returns Policy
Newstyle Direct operates according to strict quality control guidelines. All returns and exchanges are in accordance with the ACCC and are granted on there own merit.
Refunds may not be granted for change of mind and a credit note maybe issued for you to purchase another product on our website. All credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date they are issued.
Returns do not include postage and handling and will be processed within thirty working days of item being returned.
No refunds will be issued after 21 days of receiving the goods and a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount less postage.
The product must be returned in original condition and packaging, with all accessories, contents and gifts.

- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging with all accessories and contents.
- You must call Newstyle Direct to obtain a product return number prior to returning your product.
- Where items are received without the Return Advice form, we reserve the right to issue a credit voucher as full and final payment of the refund.
- If the product is being returned for an exchange, you will incur the cost of the postage and handling to have this resent.
- Newstyle Direct will not be responsible for items that are lost or misdirected. You are strongly advised to send you returned product by registered post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit.
- Newstyle Direct reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive COD or have More To Pay stamped on them.
- Any parcels received Cash on Delivery or More To Pay will be deducted from your refund.
- No refunds will be issued after 21 days of receiving the goods.
- If you are returning a faulty item for a replacement please contact our Customer Service Department on 03 9489 1177 for a reference number.
