What a fabulous Aussie company! Bought my Cloud 9 chair probably 7 years ago & just rang on Friday to order the C Frame. Wow...such great service & no hassles whatsoever! Both times I’ve purchased I’ve found the staff sooo helpful & friendly. The best thing though is the chair itself! Amazingly comfortable, & I have the worst spine... It reminds me of the “zero gravity” feel you can find on those expensive electric beds but better, it can be used outdoors! Can’t recommend both the chairs & the company enough. Top that off with delivery the following Wednesday means they get 10 ⭐️ from me ?

I am so happy with my Cloud 9 Hanging chair. It is so comfortable and so relaxing to sit in. Some chairs give me a back ache if I sit in them for too long, but this cloud 9 hanging chair is just like sitting on a cloud that's gently swaying in the breeze with absolutely no back pain, no matter how long I sit in it. Wonderful.

Cloud nine chairs are AMAZING! I’ve had my cloud nine chair for a few years now, and sitting in it really is like floating on clouds! I must admit, I’ve fallen asleep in it, but it is lovely to sit and read in a comfortable place, enjoying the outside world. Having been working from home during Covid-19, it’s getting even more use, as I have done online meetings from this comfortable place ?

I have the stand, too, which is really sturdy, and lets me move my chair easily, according to the weather.

Love my two cloud 9 chairs. Now purchasing the stands to give more flexibility in where I can hang them. (Inside and outside). Looking forward to when family can get together again so we can fight over who gets to use the ‘comfy’ chairs.

I got given a could9 hanging chair but it didn't come with the frame. I looked these guys up and got one posted out. it arrived within a couple of days. I’ve spent many hours hanging out in my new favourite spot of the house. i highly recommend a cloud9 chair over your standard egg chair. They are so comfortable I've almost fallen asleep reading in mine.

We purchased our first Cloud 9 chair at Agfest last year and decided we would purchase another at this year's show. Unfortunately, due to Covid19 there was no show but we purchased at the online Agfest site. So happy with my new lime green Cloud 9 chair which has everything, I even have a pocket for my phone. Delivery was surprisingly quick from Victoria to Tassie which pleased me no end as I was so looking forward to relaxing in my new chair. Many thanks Newstyle Direct.

We have just purchased our second Cloud 9 Chair (after we regretfully couldn’t take our 1st one when we moved from NSW to NT).

I love this chair, comfortable and makes me feel like a queen.

Found we had assembled the hanging chair incorrectly so brought it back and Denny and Natt handled the problem professionally and without fuss. Very confortable therapeutic chair on my vernandah. I love it. Stunningly comfortable if assembled correctly. Very happy customer. I think the Nu wave saucepans look good so I am purchasing one while I am at their office in Fairfield. Ruth Ps The Hanging chair is also waterproofed so remained dry after a heavy downpour of rain.
